Setting Up Your Endpoint

Supported Event Types

Security & Verification

Creating a Webhook Listener.

You must create a public-facing URL (Endpoint) on your
server to receive POST requests from TangentoPay. Once ready, you can Create Webhook in your dashboard, link it to your API Key, and enter your secure Endpoint URL.

Events That Matter.

We currently send notifications for all core transaction events.  This allows you to update your status, trigger a service delivery, or log a failure immediately.
Key Events: payment.succeeded, payment.failed, payout.completed,
payout.failed, refund.created.

Verifying the Webhook Signature.

All Webhook POST requests are signed with a unique signature in the request header. You must verify this signature using your secret key to ensure the request truly originated from TangentoPay and was not tampered with.
